FBIS provides its services with reasonable skill and care. However, we do not guarantee any specific outcome or result. We do not guarantee if the fingerprints are rejected due to poor quality of the individual skin texture and all our expert opinion are based on the evidence provided.

FBIS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Website or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
